One of the bigger satellite rallies is to be held in Seattle at 9AM on 30 October. The rally will take place at the Westlake Center and will have a giant screen with a live feed from the Washington, DC rally.
The number of people saying they will attend as of 19 October are 4,262. The popular support for this rally is phenomenal, with the amount donated totaling over $10000.
The goal is to raise $20000 for expenses which are detailed on their site. The donations are purely on a volunteer basis, so the fact that so much has been raised is a testament to the desire of everyone to restore sanity. All extra money will be donated to Washington state public schools.
